CANDLES

All our candles are made of 100% natural soy wax and phthalate-free premium fragrance oils. These oils are sourced from suppliers that include a list of what is in each fragrance, no oils selected have any Prop-65 warnings (contain anything that would be considered potentially hazardous to warrant a warning) All wicks are cotton with paper thread woven in to help with rigidity and are lead and zinc free. The coloring is liquid candle dye that is toxin -free and phthalate-free. A small amount of mica powder is added to the wax to give a glittery shine when melted. The candles are topped with herbs and crystals. Soy candles can sometimes appear “frosted” throughout areas of the wax. This is a natural part of soy wax and does not affect the scent or performance of the candles.  

 CAR FRESHENERS

All our car fresheners are made with phthalate-free premium fragrance oils and phthalate-free reed diffuser base.

OUR SUPPLIERS

We also mainly source from a supplier that offers carbon neutral shipping to offset our carbon footprint by participating in Carbonfund.org's forestry conservation program.

Please read in full and follow the general candle safety guidelines found directly on the warning label on the bottom of all the candles.

As with any candle, never leave it unattended while burning.

It is very important to mention that the herbs always have a chance to briefly catch on fire. In the cases when this happens, they usually burn themselves out rapidly (it will sink itself into the wax and extinguish itself). To minimize the risk, the herbs are placed on the candles when the top is still drying. Do not touch the crystals while the candle is burning. If you want to scoop the crystals out while the wax is melted, carefully use a spoon or other small scooping utensil.

Any lit flame is always a potential fire hazard, so adhering to the safety warnings is paramount. A recommendation would be to purchase a candle lantern made for pillar candles (check the measurements to be sure it fits most candle jars you would use for the best results) and use this when burning any candles. This also helps prevent drafts from interfering with the flame, which should always be avoided when burning candles.

Don’t forget to trim the wicks to ¼” every time before using a candle. This will prevent lots of soot and out of control flames. You can purchase a wick trimmer easily online or locally from many stores.

When burning the candle, burn until fully pooled (the wax is melted all the way across), but do not burn for more than 4 hours max. Excessive heat can shatter the glass or cause burning.

Do not touch or move the candle while it is lit and make sure all pets and children are unable to reach it.

Do not use the candle after the wax burns down to ½” from the bottom.

Please read each policy in full. Placing an order means you have read and agree to all the following policies: 

1) There are no returns or exchanges for items purchased.

2) In the event of candles with broken jars, there will be a replacement issued (no refunds) so long as you provide the following:

- Photo of the box the item(s) arrived in showing box damage

- Photo of the box showing the shipping label with your name and address to confirm it matches with our customer and order records

- Photo of the broken candle

3) There are no cancellations accepted once an order is placed.

4) Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, unfortunately we have no control over what happens. This includes lost packages or delays of any kind. Official policy is that we do not offer refunds or replacements for anything other than broken items. However, depending on the situation, at our discretion, we may be able to work with you to see what solutions could be available.

5) Once a package is marked as “delivered”, there will be no replacements or refunds issued. Please make sure you have a safe place to receive deliveries and avoid the dreaded porch pirates.

6) We reserve the right to refuse any orders from any individual if we feel there is a good reason to do so (example: a customer seems to abuse one or more store policies). If we decide to refuse to fulfill an order and it has already been paid for, a refund will be issued in full. 

7) In the event that an item is no longer available, we reserve the right to cancel that item from an order and issue a refund for the amount charged for said item.

Processing times are estimated and listed along the page banner of the website. They count weekdays and exclude weekends and holidays. We will always make every effort to ship out as soon as possible.

Shipping speed is separate from processing time and will be shipped priority mail (1-3 business days shipping speed).
